Microsoft has just released the Windows 8 Consumer Preview event in Barcelona. The presentation of the newest operating system for PC’s will be presented during the Mobile World Congress which is celebrated in Barcelona from February 27 till March 1. Microsoft has sent out invitations for the event which will be held in het hotel Miramar on Wednesday February 29 at 15.00 hr.
Finally there will be a replacement for the Windows 7 operating system for PC’s and laptops and with Windows 8 Microsoft redesigned everything to make the environment more responsive. In the end the operating system will still be in Beta version and Microsoft says they expect to launch the real version at the end of 2012, a year where they will launch more new stuff they say.
