Google has redesigned its social network Google+ completely

Google has launched a new, fresh and modern design for its social network Google+ and at the same time announced by now the social network boasts more than 170 million active accounts. With the new design Google+ wants to allow users to create a more customized experience on the site. Amongst the biggest changes are the menu navigation which instead of static icons at the top, has changed to a ribbon of apps on the left. The redesign affects the profile and pages on Google+.
